Abstract
Cystic meningiomas are uncommon tumors easily confused as
cystic-component glial tumors or metastases. There is
controversy regarding about cyst wall origin. Magnetic resonance
has improved diagnosis showing dural adhesion of the tumor. We
report a case of a patient diagnosed with a cystic meningioma
tumor, treated in our neurosurgical service.
